The Leadership that Works Signature Series is a 4-part course experience which focuses on expanding proven leadership capabilities anchored to fundamental leadership awareness, interpersonal skills, and performance management.

In this foundational workshop, participants will gain a 360 degree perspective of leadership by examining fundamental leadership competencies, behaviors and paradigms that maximize performance. Participants walk away with:

The FocusWorks Learning Experience Includes
- • Guided discovery with a FocusWork’s certified facilitator, working closely with them and in small groups of peers throughout the session.

• Engaging content with opportunities to reflect, work with others and contribute to elevated discussions.
